The Elite Workshop is ideal for an all year round workshop or hobby shed. It is fully insulated with a choice of Factory Painted Cladding (18 colours) or Composite Cladding (4 colours). All doors and windows are UPVC and are available in a choice of colours. Prices shown include a Single Glazed Door, one Double Window (including one opener), EPDM Rubber Roof and Laminate Flooring. The Workshop can be customised to upgrade to Double Doors and with many other door and window options. For sizes 12ft and over two Double Windows (each with an opener) are included in the price. Additional sizes and prices are available on request, please call for details.
Roofing - EPDM firestone rubber roofing, one sheet system mechanically attached.
External Cladding - 12mm shiplap tongue & groove factory spray painted in a choice of 18 colours.
Air Gap - 12mm air gap between external cladding and external lining.
External Lining - High quality breather membrane.
Framing - 2"x2" framework (44mmx44mm) planed.
Insulation - Walls & Roof with 50mm Mineral wool insulation.
Internal Cladding - 9mm vertically grooved and primed MDF board.
Floor - 18mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards with 8mm Laminate Flooring and 3mm underlay.
