The Dalbury offers flexible design options and can be customised to create your dream space. All Elite Dalbury models are supplied with an EPDM Rubber Roof.
When it comes to the design and build of your new garden room, nothing is 'standard', so once you have decided on the initial shape and size of the building you require you can select doors and windows which best suit your personal needs. All doors and windows are either UPVC or Aluminium and are available in a choice of colours. The Dalbury has been specially designed to be below planning consent regulations, however we always advise that you check before ordering or go to www.planningportal.gov.uk especially if you live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), World Heritage Site or Conservation Area.
