Delivery & Timeline

• Lead time: Expected delivery is within the lead time shown, this is accurate at time of order but can be affected during peak times or periods of extreme weather.
• Scheduling: Following your order, the Logistics team will contact you with a "week commencing" date for delivery. This call may be several weeks after the order date where lead times are in excess of 6-8 weeks.
• Final confirmation: Once manufacturing is complete, the Logistics team will confirm the exact delivery day and estimated arrival time via phone and email.
• Rescheduling: If you decline the initial delivery week, you can request an alternative. Please note that a new slot may take several weeks to become available, extending the advertised lead time.

 Delivery Day & Vehicle Requirements

• Kerbside only: Delivery is strictly kerbside using a large 26-tonne vehicle with dimensions of approx. 10.65m (35ft) Long x 2.6m (8'7") Wide & 4.42m (14’6”) High .  It is equipped to lift the load onto the front of your property nearest the roadside. If there are any restrictions that may impede access, we would need prior notice before you order so we can see if we can still deliver to you.
• Space required: You must ensure adequate space on your property for the delivery pack.
• Pack dimensions: The main pack measures approximately the Length of largest cabin dimension x 120cm x 120cm.
• Packaging: The main cabin pack is fully weatherproofed. The Door Frame and Rubber will be packaged in separate packs but delivered at the same time as the Cabin Pack.

 Installation Service (If Booked)

• Separate dates: Installation does not happen on the same day as delivery.
• Next steps: Contact us as soon as your delivery date is confirmed so we can schedule your installation.
• Timeline: We aim to install your cabin within 2 weeks of delivery. This window may adjust during peak seasons or severe weather.

 Base Preparation

• Base type: Unless you have booked our Base Fitting service, you must provide a completely solid, level base (concrete or slabs). If the base is unsuitable when our team arrives to install the building, additional re-visit charges may apply.
• Working clearance: A minimum gap of 18 inches (457mm) is required around the entire perimeter for installation access and future maintenance.
